Schools seeking donations in Louisiana

Teacher Sonia Devillier writes: I am currently teaching middle school computer lit with 1/2 of my lab outdated. We are in a low socioeconomic area where many of these children do not have computers at home. The class that I teach is a high school based program reaching out to many of the children who will not attend high school but will leave with above average computer literacy skills. Since this class is not mandated at the middle school level by the state, I don't get the technology funding necessary to accomplish purchasing updated computers.
