Computer All Stars is a technology reuse and recycle program at the Ithaca Youth Bureau that teaches community youth how to refurbish donated computers and places computers in homes of local families. We strive to provide a safe, unique environment in which a diverse population of youth can challenge themselves, master new skills, develop social awareness and improve upon their technical, social and job keeping skills.
